Provide outdoor training programs which is mainly targeted for enterprises, corporations, organizations and institutions, including traditional team building and leadership training, stress releasing program, adventure training.
Team building training, also known as Outward-Bound training, originated in Britain during World War II. The Allied forces and German forces fought in the Atlantic Ocean, and many seamen were buried in the sea.
Only a small number of them survived through maritime disasters and miracles. After investigation and Research on the survivors, it is found that these people have good psychological quality, strong will, strong desire for survival and good at cooperation with others, Have strong team cooperation ability.
In order to let more seafarers, master these skills, Kurt Hahn of Germany organized seafarers to do some psychological challenge training by using some natural environment and artificial facilities, so as to improve their psychological quality and survival ability.
He and Lawrence Holt founded the Aberdeen Sea School in 1941, which specialized in training young seafarers’ survival ability at sea and survival skills after ship collision with reefs, which was also the earliest prototype of Outward-Bound training.
After the Second World War, this kind of creative and unique professional outdoor experiential training was gradually promoted, that is Outward-Bound training.
