Excellence Team Create Excellence Staff Management Course Training

LC Myanmar Consulting Co., Ltd organized the two days training for HV Mobile under “Excellence team create excellence staff management course training” in June 2021. The training was designed to improve teamwork, sharing information, challenging mindset, creating a balance between colleagues, motivation, strategic planning, and gratitude to life, and appreciate the values of the colleagues.

Twenty members from HV mobile took part in this training, were separated into two groups in some activities, and participated as one in some activities. As for day one, the training lasted for a total of 11 hours (from 8:30 Am to 7:30 PM) and a total of four activities participated, which were Balanced Bar, Top Speed 60s, Laser Room and Blinded Road, were designed to achieve the training objectives.

As for day two, the training lasted in a total of 8 and a half hours (from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM), and a total of four activities participated, which were Super post, Morse Code, Giant Foot Step, and Graduation Wall, were designed to achieve the training objectives.

Members were actively participated in this training and felt both happy and exhausted at the same time. After this two-day training, the HV team fully achieved the training objectives according to the survey results.
