UNITE THE STRENGTH OF THE TEAM AND CREATE THE BRILLIANCE TRAINING (VIVO)

LC Myanmar consulting organized the two days training for Vivo Mobile under the name of “UNITE THE STRENGTH OF THE TEAM AND CREATE BRILLIANCE TRAINING” at LC Training Ground from November 8 – November 9. The main objectives are to get team spirits, Unlock the potential of the team, build trust between the colleagues, increase productivity, and obey the rules and regulations of the company.

On Day one, forty-two participants took part in the training which was divided into four groups to compete in “Team Pyramid, Balanced Bar” activities. To get great teamwork and spirits, in the “Team Dynamic” activity, every member was made to play as one. The Training course lasted for a total of 11:00 hours and was effective and targeted.

On day two, “Laser Room, Morse Code, and Graduation Wall” activities participated in the training and which lasted for 10 hours. Graduation Wall Activity was one of the most effective and participants were able to demonstrate the teamwork that was built throughout the training.

According to the training feedback and the behavior of the trainees during training, the “UNITE THE STRENGTH OF THE TEAM AND CREATE BRILLIANCE” Training course was the hardest training in their lives and the trainers successfully drove the Vivo team to achieve the training objectives.
