VHT Factory 2022 Team Development Outdoor Training

LC Myanmar Consulting organized a two-day training event for VHT factories on 24th and 25th December. 16 members participated in this event, divided into two teams (United Power Team, and The King team).

The theme of this training is to build mutual trust in the team, the ability of team members to understand each other, and the ability to be honest with each other.

In this training, we designed a lot of activities for them, the primary purpose of all the activities is to improve the mutual trust ability of their teams and the ability of departmental collaboration. We also saw improved and enhanced cooperation between team members during the training process.

We hope that this training experience will not only help each trainee’s work but also help their future abilities.
