SMELL OF HOME 2023 TEAM DEVELOPMENT OUTDOOR TRAINING

We are excited to explore the new industry that we hosted a team-building training (two days) on 5th and 6th January 2023. This training is designed to help the Smell of Home team work together more effectively and build strong bonds.

During the two-day training, we organized various activities that are meant to foster teamwork, communication, and collaboration. We covered a variety of topics including effective communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.

We were impressed by the willingness of everyone actively participate, and share their thoughts and experiences. We had successfully driven all members to achieve the training objectives.

We believed that this training will not only benefit the Smell of Home team but also their work as a whole. We hope that this training will help the Smell of Home team to reach new heights as a team.
