As LC Myanmar Consulting, we are proud to have partnered with MIGOO since 2024 to drive positive change and operational improvements. Under the leadership of Mr. Li Peirong, MIGOO has made significant strides in enhancing its business operations in Myanmar.
During Phase 1 (January–July 2024), we conducted a thorough assessment of MIGOO’s current systems and structure, identifying challenges such as unclear responsibilities, lack of standardized processes, and communication gaps. Through interviews, data analysis, and targeted solutions, we worked closely with MIGOO to align its operations with strategic goals.
In Phase 2, which is set to last for 3 months, our focus will be on further refining MIGOO’s management systems, improving internal communication, and optimizing operational workflows. We have recommended clearer performance metrics, improved staff training, and better cross-departmental collaboration to enhance efficiency and foster growth.
Looking ahead, we are excited to continue our work with MIGOO, helping them develop a robust management system, enhance employee skills, and build sustainable operations. Over the next 6–9 months, we are confident that these efforts will contribute to a more efficient, resilient, and successful business.
