Taunggyi Vivo 2022 Team Development Outdoor Training

LC Myanmar Consulting organized the training for Taunggyi Vivo Team on August 12th and 13th, 2022. Twenty-one people participated in the training and were divided into three groups (Fire Team, Champion Team, and Bee Team) to compete for the two days.

This training is customized and designed to help them strengthen the team dynamic and improve communication and collaboration within the teams.

During the training, we implemented a variety of activities that will help them get to know each other better, learn about individual strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies for working together more effectively.

We hope that this training will not only benefit the Taunggyi Vivo team but also help them achieve their goals and improve overall performance.
