Excellent Team creates Outstanding Staffs

LC Myanmar Consulting organized the whole day training course for Vivo promoters under the “Excellent Team creates Outstanding Staffs” topic. The training was held on Vivo office 4^th Floor on 23 June 2020. Thirty-three trainees took part in this training.

and were divided into two groups under the guidance of four trainers. The training lasted for a total of eight hours (from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Known as a teamwork training program, which included four Activities (Friendship, Top Speed 60s, Survival Islands, Handwriting, and Time Management literature).

These activities were targeted for the improvement of team spirits and a sense of collaboration. In a team, if the members have no sense of teamwork and go their own way, then the goal of the team would never be archived.

In order to create a harmonious team, we must enhance the sense of teamwork. Only with a sense of teamwork, can build team vigor.
