Cohesion the Power, Creation the Success (Lashio Vivo Team)

LC Myanmar Consulting organized the training for VIVO(Lashio Region) under the name “ Cohesion The Power, Creation Success” at Aung Kabar Football Stadium(Lashio) on December 27. The main objectives of the training are getting team spirits, reducing pressure, trying to do better in the future after forgetting the bad past.

Thirty-six people participated in the training, were divided into four groups(Tiger, Golden Dragon, Yellow Sun, Green Galaxy) to compete for the whole day. In this training, Top Speed 60S, Laser Room, Balance Bar, and Team Dynamic activities were involved. They got the understanding, trust, family-type relationship, the value of each teammate, and the feeling that they don’t want their teammates to suffer because of them. It started at 7:30 AM, completed at 5:00 PM.

Therefore, the “Cohesion The Power, Creation the success” Training course was successful according to the after training survey results.
