To Increase Productivity and Team Development Training (vivo’s Pathein Team)

LC Myanmar Consulting organized two days of training for Vivo Pathein Team under “To Increase Productivity & Team Development” Training from May 16 to May 17 at Royal Lake, Pathein. The main objectives of the training are getting team spirits, understanding the value of colleagues, obeying the rules, unlocking team potential, and getting more productivity.

On Day one, Twenty-Five people participated in the training and were divided into three groups to compete for the whole day. After the Top Speed 60S and Morse Code activities, they got great team spirits, a desire to succeed, and understood their strengths and weaknesses. In the evening, members experienced the highest emotional point in their life for the first time at Laser Room and Blinded Road activities. Day-one training lasts for 13 hours.

On day two morning, we organized a Post Letter and Balanced Bar activities that were created to put the members to carry the seriousness from day one of the training. Eventually, the Team Dynamic activity was operated together as a team. After completing two days of the training, members broke down their emotions and hugged and motivated each other with the joy of tears.

Therefore, “To Increase Productivity and Team Development ” Training was successful according to the after-training survey results.
